Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics in Langhorne, PA. Starting pay for BT is $22.25/hour and RBT is $24.60/hour, with paid training and mentorship.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
  

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services
  

Position-Specific

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
