Job summary

Infinite Therapy Solutions in Bayonne, NJ, is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-on-1 care to children on the autism spectrum in our clinic. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• As a Behavior Technician you will provide 1-on-1 care to children with autism in our clinic.
• Must be comfortable working with children and communicating with families.
• RBT training is provided by the company and ongoing supervision is available.

As a Behavior Technician you will…

• Experience a fulfilling position working with children who are on the Autism Spectrum.
• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in our clinic.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Receive ongoing supervision weekly and training by the case supervisor.
• Receive ongoing supervision weekly and training by the case supervisor.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfortable working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families, BT peer staff, and supervisors.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training.
