Job summary

Jobtailor in Richmond, VA seeks an in-home ABA Therapist to provide therapy in a home setting and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to support children in building meaningful life and social skills.

Must have experience with children with special needs, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
  • Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Must be physically present at the job location 20–30 hours per week.
  • Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
  • Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
