Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is looking for Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in various environments. Pay & Schedule

$500 Sign-On Bonus

$19.25–$23.00 per hour, Part‑time role, flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
  • At least one completed college course
  • Currently enrolled in college
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.
