Job summary

INTERCARE Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) in the Los Angeles area for a part-time role. Earn $24.00–$26.00 per hour with a flexible afternoon/evening schedule. We provide paid training as you support children with autism in home and clinic settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, building communication and daily living skills, and traveling to local client locations. Join a Championship Team with ongoing supervision and reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with traveling 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for helping children; bilingual skills are a plus.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
