Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-owned practice. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under supervision, implementing treatment plans and recording progress.

This per diem role offers flexibility, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team dedicated to meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients under supervision.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, and become part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our team is committed to supporting individuals in achieving meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in a one-on-one setting, under the supervision of a BCBA or RBT supervisor
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure expertise in ABA practices and techniques
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
