Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth through training, and a collaborative, supportive work environment that makes a meaningful impact on clients and families.

Join Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, and become part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our team is committed to supporting individuals in achieving meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in a one-on-one setting, under the supervision of a BCBA or RBT supervisor

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure expertise in ABA practices and techniques

• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
