Position

Behavior Technician (Behavior Respite Program)

Locations: Dublin or Livermore, also available in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties.

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (In-Person)

Salary: $28 - $31 per hour

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between clients

Flexible Scheduling: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available!

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in fun & meaningful activities such as games, walks, crafts, and other preference-based activities.
• Help prevent challenging behaviors by applying proactive behavior strategies and antecedent-based interventions.
• Provide caregiver relief and support by giving parents and caregivers a break while ensuring the client is in safe and caring hands.
• Receive hands‑on training and support from BCBAs and Mid‑Level Supervisors.
• Advance your career in ABA by pursuing professional development opportunities and pathways to becoming an RBT or BCBA.
