Job summary

Animate Behavior LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You will work one-on-one with young children in their homes, with BCBA supervision available and weekday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training (required).
• Previous ABA experience (required); 1 year preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance for travel between client homes in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez and surrounding Contra Costa communities

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals

Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You'll work one-on-one with young children with autism in their homes and communities, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors always available. Clinical quality, ethical practice, and staff support come first here.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday daytime hours, in person in client homes across Contra Costa County. 30 to 40 hours per week available.
