Job summary

Animate Behavior LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You’ll work one-on-one with young children in their homes, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors available.

Compensation ranges $24–$30 per hour, plus up to $3/hour bonus on billable hours, and a full benefits package. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing plans under supervision, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training is required.
• Previous ABA experience is required; 1 year preferred.

Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You'll work one-on-one with young children with autism in their homes and communities, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors always available. Clinical quality, ethical practice, and staff support come first here.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)Dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance for travel between client homes in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez and surrounding Contra Costa communities

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime hours, in person in client homes across Contra Costa County. 30 to 40 hours per week available.

Employment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children.
