Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Avon, CO team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

You will collaborate with families and teammates to support client success while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. Part-time shifts with potential for increased hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Previous experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $28- $30/hour ($31-35 if certified)
• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load
• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
