Job summary

Headrise ABA in East Orange, New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician for part-time, in-home sessions. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans, track progress with data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping others. RBT certification is preferred, with flexible scheduling and a $200 sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in Psychology a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy per BCBA plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician
• Location: East Orange, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:30PM - 7:30PM
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Behavior TechnicianQualifications:
