Job summary

Headrise ABA in Newark, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 6-year-old child. The role offers hourly pay from $18 to $25, plus a $200 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling with part-time opportunities.

Deliver BCBA-developed plans, collect data to track progress, and help build communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; ABA therapy or child work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
