Job summary

Headrise ABA in Millville, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 4-year-old boy. You will implement BCBA-approved plans and track progress through data collection, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers part-time hours, with schedule Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and some weekends. Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus, with opportunities to grow under experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 4 year old boy

• Job Type: Part time
