Job summary

Headrise ABA in North Bergen, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work with a 2-year-old child. This part-time role offers a $18-$25/hour wage and a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling Monday-Thursday 4:00PM-7:00PM.

You will deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA-developed plans and track progress with data collection. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, patience and empathy, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 2 year old boy

• Location: North Bergen, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:00PM- 7:00PM
