Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work with a four-year-old in New Jersey. This part-time in-home role offers flexible scheduling from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, with weekend availability encouraged. Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress with data, and support development of communication, socialization, and daily living skills. Travel to local homes is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 4 year old boy

• Location: New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM, Weekends

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
