Hello ABA in Damascus (MD) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home settings. The role offers 20 hours per week during daytime, with a pay range of $25-$32 per hour and performance-based bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician:

• Support individuals with autism in home around LOCATION.

• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence‑based ABA techniques.

• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.

• Collaborate in team meetings, training and supervision to continually grow your skills.

• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.

• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

Who You Are:

• Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism.

• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.

• Available to attend our 40‑hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are essential.

• A great communicator with a collaborative attitude.
