Hello ABA in Pasadena is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to support children with autism at home. You will implement evidence-based ABA techniques, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to personalize treatment plans.

We offer 15–20 hours/week, a competitive $25-$32/hour, sign-on bonus, and paid trainings with growth opportunities, flexible schedule, and a friendly, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to attend 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are essential.
• A great communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home around Pasadena.
• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.
• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.
• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.
