Job summary

Hello ABA is seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our family-like team in Monrovia, MD. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours weekly with afternoon/evening shifts and a competitive hourly rate of $25–$32, plus bonuses and a sign-on incentive.

You will work under BCBA supervision, apply ABA techniques, collect data, and help clients build daily living and social skills in-home or at defined locations. Training is provided to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Available to attend the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to Monrovia is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home environments around Monrovia.
• Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions to inform client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.
• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans.

What You'll Do as a ABA Behavior Technician:

• Support individuals with autism in home around Monrovia.
• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.

• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.
• Communicate proactive with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child's needs are supported.

Who You Are:

• Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism.
• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.
• Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance are essential.
• A great communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
