Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Kansas seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementingABA treatment plans developed by BCBA supervisors and supporting each client’s goals. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification through theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)(or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).
• Prior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education.
• Bilingual abilities (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , particularly in data collection.
• Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health , with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications.
