Job summary

Cortica in Dedham, MA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a collaborative team delivering naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 and group services, implement strategies with BCBA, document progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors. We offer paid training, BCAT prep, flexible part-time schedules, referral bonuses, 401(k), and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
• Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (within a 30-40-minute drive radius).Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
