Job summary

Ketch-Kansas-Elks-Training-Center-For-the-Handicapped in Wichita, KS is seeking a Manager of Behavior Support Team to lead our day program services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, oversee health and safety, and drive program quality.

This full-time role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently; responsibilities include coordinating schedules and directing Direct Support staff, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of care experience with adults in I/DD in human services.
• BA/BS in social services, rehabilitation or related field.
• One year supervisory/managerial experience including scheduling and leading teams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
