Job summary

KETCH seeks a Behavior Support Team Manager to lead day program services for adults with intellectual/development disabilities, monitoring service quality and health/safety standards. You will schedule and guide Direct Support teams and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination across teams, and adherence to quality and safety protocols within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in care/support for adults with I/DD
• Excellent decision making skills
• BA/BS degree in social services, rehabilitation, business administration or comparable I/DD experience
• 1 year supervisory/management experience (scheduling, leading, supervising, evaluating)
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or 1/4 of own body weight
• Beneficial experience: Day program management, supervision, leadership, crisis management, health and safety, Direct Support, management, budgeting, etc.

Requirements for Behavior Support Team Manager

• A minimum of six months work experience providing care and support to adults with I/DD in a human services industry
• Excellent decision making skills
• BA/BS degree in social services, rehabilitation, business administration OR comparable years of progressive I/DD work experience
• One year supervisory and management work experience - scheduling, leading, supervising, evaluating, and managing teams..
• Requires valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven experience multi-tasking
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or 1/4 of own body weight, whichever is less
