Job summary

Abilities First, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Support Supervisor for our Myers Corner Education Center Preschool program. This leadership role provides direct and indirect behavior analysis and programming services to students across designated school programs.

The supervisor develops, implements, and monitors behavior plans, oversees the behavior support team, and ensures compliance with agency policies. A Master’s in psychology or related field and BCBA certification are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, School Psychology, ABA, Education, Social Work or related field.
• BCBA certification preferred or able to obtain within six months.
• At least two years of experience working with students with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the school’s behavior support team and implement the behavior management system.
• Provide evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies to staff and families.
• Lead professional development trainings for staff and families.
• Analyze student behavior data and develop Behavior Intervention Plans with staff and families.
• Attend CSE meetings and recommend IEP-related behavior supports.
