Job summary

Abilities First, Inc. seeks a Behavior Support Supervisor for our New Windsor School & Preschool program. You will oversee the behavior support team, implement school-wide behavior plans, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based interventions for students with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include data analysis, staff training, CSE participation, and coordinating with families. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits in New Windsor, NY.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum two years' experience working with students with developmental disabilities.
• Must have a NYS driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the behavior support team and school-wide behavior system.
• Provide evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies to staff and families.
• Deliver professional development trainings for staff and families.
• Collect and analyze student behavior data and report trends.
• Attend CSE meetings and provide recommendations on BIPs.
• Oversee compliance with agency policies and safety standards.
