Willard R-2 School District is seeking a Behavior Support Paraprofessional to assist elementary staff with MTSS behavior interventions and SEL supports. You will help implement behavior plans, collect data, and support students in Tier 2/3 services under district guidance.

The role requires a High School Diploma with college credit or paraprofessional test, plus strong written, verbal, organizational, and computer skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma, 60 college credit hours or paraprofessional test score.
• Training/experience related to MTSS paraprofessional role preferred.
• Background check clearance and strong written/oral/organizational/time-management/computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist elementary administrators and teachers with Tier 2/3 behavior support under MTSS.
• Assist in planning and problem solving; contribute to data-informed decisions.
• Prepare behavioral resources and support materials.
• Support students/teachers with behavior intervention strategies; collect and monitor data.
• Supervise students during instruction and activities; reinforce behavior plans.
• Assist with implementing behavior strategies in classroom and maintain inclusive environment.
• Perform routine clerical tasks and operate adaptive/assistive equipment as needed.
• Participate in MTSS team meetings and Crisis Prevention Training.
