Caregiver, a leading Texas-based provider of services for adults with IDD, seeks a Behavior Support Provider (LPC, LPC-A, or LCSW) to join our team. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a mission-driven environment.

Role involves direct services, development of behavior support plans, staff training, and compliance with HHSC rules. Travel to multiple locations may be required; a strong background in behavioral supports is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or related field from an accredited university.
• Clear license to practice in Texas as LPC, LPC-A, BCBA, or LCSW.

Responsabilités

• Write, implement and monitor behavior support plans complying with HHSC guidelines and codes.
• Provide counseling and skills training for individuals with IDD.
• Educate staff on behavioral supports and functional behavioral analysis.
• Conduct direct observations for behavioral assessment and development.
• Ensure full implementation of behavior programs in centers and facilities.
• Prepare written reports including assessments, plans and monitoring results.
