Job summary

Caregiver is seeking a Behavior Support Provider in Texas to design and monitor individualized behavior plans. You will work with treatment teams and ensure plans align with HHSC rules while supporting staff with training and data collection.

Requirements include a master’s degree in a related field and current Texas licensure (LPC/LCSW/LPC-Associate). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with travel staying local to assigned caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and valid Texas license (LPC/LPC-Associate/LCSW).
• Supervision available for LPC-Associates at no additional cost.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor behavior support plans per HHSC guidelines.
• Provide staff training on behavior supports and data collection.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and write reports.
• Ensure compliant notes and billing documentation.
• Respond to critical incidents with post-intervention guidance.
