Caregiver is seeking a Behavior Support Provider in Texas to design and monitor individualized behavior plans. You will work with treatment teams and ensure plans align with HHSC rules while supporting staff with training and data collection.
Requirements include a master’s degree in a related field and current Texas licensure (LPC/LCSW/LPC-Associate). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with travel staying local to assigned caseload.
Must be able to practice in the state of Texas as an LPC, LPC-Associate, BCBA or LCSW

The Behavior Support Provider will provide services for the individual in our program. The duties involve directly providing services to the individuals with an intellectual development disorder (IDD) or related condition. The Behavior Support Provider will be responsible for knowing and following the pertinent rules and regulations in the Texas Administration Code for all waivers, as well as local and company policies.
