Job summary

FullBloom, through Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. You will work under an IEP, delivering behavior support and life skills instruction as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes one-on-one support, documentation of progress, and collaboration with parents to ensure student success in inclusive settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with assigned students to meet goals in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and interventions.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
