Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs.

You will implement behavior support plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide care and supervision for students with diverse backgrounds in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. The role emphasizes data-driven interventions, PBIS implementation, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student one-on-one to meet goals in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management when needed.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
