Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support one-on-one with an assigned student per IEP.

• Implement and monitor behavior plans; record progress and incidents.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed for safety.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
