Job summary

Christopher Columbus Charter School seeks an Elementary Behavior Support Interventionist (RBT) for Grades K-4 for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, 10-month position runs 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM with a salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 annually.

The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to support students with diverse needs, maintain compliance with clearances, and contribute to a positive behavioral environment in an inclusive educational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university preferred, minimum 3-5 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Special Education, RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA certification preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, positive behavior support techniques, and crisis prevention/intervention protocols.
• Current and acceptable FBI, PA Criminal, and PA Child Abuse clearances.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students and the program.

Elementary Behavior Support Interventionist - RBT

We are currently searching for a full-time Behavior Support Interventionist to work with Grades K-4 students during the 2026-2027 school year. This is a 10-month position; work hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
