Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to support an elementary school classroom, primarily helping kindergarten-aged students. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in collaboration with teachers and support staff to maintain a safe, structured learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with autism or behavioral challenges, strong communication, and a calm, patient demeanor.

Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to support students in an elementary school classroom setting. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who works closely with teachers and support staff to help maintain a safe, structured, and productive learning environment.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Elementary school classroom setting
• Classroom Assistant role (not a 1:1 assignment)
• Primarily supporting kindergarten-aged students
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 1 opening available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and classroom support to students with autism and other behavioral needs.
• Assist in managing behaviors, including elopement and occasional aggression.

• Act 114: FBI Fingerprinting
• Act 151: Child Abuse Clearance
• Act 34: Pennsylvania Criminal History Report
• Act 24: Arrest/Conviction Report
• Act 126: Child Abuse Recognition & Reporting Training (proof of completion required)
• Current TB Test (must meet required guidelines and be submitted within 30 days of start date)
