GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Columbus, OH is seeking a Behavior Support Coordinator with a Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology or social work. Responsibilities include documenting behavior data, coordinating plans, staff training, and leading team meetings to improve client care.

Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, 40 hours of in-service training annually, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work
• Must complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually
• Preferred: Master's degree in psychology or social work

Responsibilities

• Document and report behavioral data and trends to inform care.
• Coordinate and monitor behavior support plans for clients.
• Conduct staff training on behavior support strategies.
• Facilitate team meetings to enhance client care and coordination.
• Review rights restrictions and perform crisis intervention when needed.
• Assist with client appointments and support the community.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities, including staff meetings
