Job summary

The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio is seeking a Behavior Specialist to provide direct behavioral support and consultation for students. This role involves developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.

Ideal candidates will have a valid teaching license or be enrolled in coursework for BCBA credentials. Responsibilities also include collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and training staff on effective behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA or BCaBA credential with current COBA credential.
• Active enrollment in coursework leading toward BCBA certification verified through an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support and intervention for students.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to align behavioral goals with student needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.
