Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist, Schools to support children in school and community settings using ABA principles. You’ll implement evidence-based activities, observe progress, and adjust plans under clinical supervision.

No prior experience required; we offer paid training, flexible schedules, and a clear growth path including tuition reimbursement. Join our mission to empower kids and families through compassion, connection, and excellence.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00-3:30 pm.
• At least 6 months' experience working with special needs in a school or related setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a school environment.
