Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in California is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children with diverse learning and behavioral needs at home, in our centers, or in the community. You’ll use play, games, and evidence‑based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills, under the guidance of clinical leaders.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training, clear career milestones, and opportunities for tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
