Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist. You’ll use play and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills in homes, centers, or community settings.

Flexible, school-year aligned hours with weekday sessions; paid training and growth milestones are offered. No prior experience is required because we provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.
