Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through ABA-based sessions. You’ll work in diverse settings—from home visits to centers or community programs—bringing energy, patience, and compassion to every session.

No prior experience is required; CSD provides paid training, coaching, and clear career milestones, along with tuition reimbursement to support your degree goals.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella)
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client
