Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children grow communication, social, and life skills using evidence-based ABA methods. Sessions occur at home, centers, or in the community with flexible scheduling and paid training.

We offer a Dreams Come True program providing free college or tuition reimbursement and a structured growth pathway with coaching and career milestones; prior experience isn’t required, as we train you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
