Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work with children in homes, centers, and community settings. You will use play-based and evidence-driven methods to build communication, social and life skills while following individualized clinical plans.

No prior experience is required as training starts on day one; you’ll grow with paid coaching, structured milestones, and ongoing support in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with client.

Responsibilities
