Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play-based strategies. Sessions may occur at home, in our centers, or in the community.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and a clear growth pathway. The role offers a flexible, school-aligned schedule and a mission-driven culture that values compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID - CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.
