Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field required.
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and currently enrolled in a master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related BCBA-track program.
  • Remarkable problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults with autism and developmental disabilities, as well as their families and support teams.
  • Strong foundational clinical skills with the ability to support functional behavior assessments, behavior support plans, and evidence-based interventions under supervision.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The May Institute is seeking a Behavior Specialist, Adult Services in Raynham, MA, to drive clinical excellence in our residential and Day Habilitation programs for adults aged 22+ with autism. Your Impact:
