Job summary

May Institute in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in Center Home Based Services. The role focuses on building communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.
