Job summary

May Institute in Randolph, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on communication, social, play and daily living skills. You will implement BSPs, collect data and collaborate with supervisors to ensure progress.

Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and reliable transportation (travel required).

  • Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

As aBT at ourRandolph Center, you’ll provide one‑on‑one, evidence‑based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.
