The position requires NC licensure eligibility and at least three years' experience with behavior and SEL needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a North Carolina professional educator's license.
• Minimum of three years experience working with students with behavior/social emotional needs and/or students in various instructional settings.
• Preferred certification in de-escalation methods, CPI, BCBA or BCaBA, or related interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative support to students and school teams with social emotional needs across multiple schools.
• Assist in implementing structured environments using evidence-based strategies.
• Coach staff on data collection, FBA, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
