Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a two year degree or 48 semester credit hours.
• Clear Criminal background check and references required.
• Must obtain CPI certification and participate in ongoing training on behavior support.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with positive behavior supports and classroom management strategies.
• Work directly with students to support social-emotional and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with counselors and teachers to design and monitor behavior plans.
• Collect observational data, monitor intervention effectiveness, and report progress.
• Provide group and individual SEL sessions and crisis response as needed.
