Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.

• Evidence of passing Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment per Arkansas requirements.
• Desire to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral success through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support for students who may be aggressive or disruptive.
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral needs to help meet curricular standards and goals.
• Collaborate with alternative education staff for student success.
• Provide administrative assistant support as needed.
• Provide classroom support as needed.
