Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs, help develop communication and daily living skills, and travel to client locations under supervision.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. A High School Diploma and Active RBT certification are required, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual is a plus.
• Physical ability to engage with children (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA (training provided).
• Help build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and clinics within local radius.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for each child.
